Pallet cages

Rigid, folding or collapsible: We can also adapt our pallet cages to suit your precise requirements.

The pallet cage according to UIC standard 435-3, i.e. DIN 15155, is the ultimate classic. We only work with certified manufacturers that deliver outstanding, tested quality. This also means that all pallet cages show the manufacturer's name and year of production. These standardised pool containers have standard outside dimensions of 835 x 1,240 x 970 mm. The inside dimensions are 800 x 1,200 x 800 mm, which is equivalent to an effective volume of around 0.8 m³. We offer both brand new as well as used and exchangeable pallet cages.

In the event that your requirements call for non-standard pallet cages, we will also always be able to provide the perfect solution to meet your needs. Our pallet cages are available in a variety of versions. Whether with wooden or metal bases, fully foldable or craneable, rigid versions, lined within a tarpaulin or equipped with pocket compartments, with alternative dimensions or a different mesh size:

Sheet metal containers

We can adapt our metal containers to suit your preferences and requirements: Whether with a crane attachment, rotatable by industrial truck for bulk goods, with or without flaps, suitable for high-bay warehouses, with corrugated or smooth metal, tightly welded for bulk goods and/or liquids, in heavy-duty designs for extremely high effective loads or as special designs for washing systems. There are innumerable designs that we can adapt to match your specifications.

Flat steel pallets

We offer a variety of flat pallet solutions. Adapted to suit your industrial trucks, high rack or conveyor belts. We offer a wide range of designs, including pallets with skids, just like Euro pallets or with standard feet. This includes extremely robust versions for tools weighing up to 8,000 kg or pallets with anti-slip rubber coating. You can choose from smooth metal bases, beaded metal bases and wooden bases. Galvanized or painted: We always adapt your product to suit your requirements and needs.

Wooden pallets are not always suitable nor economical in every situation. Flat steel pallets are extremely robust and durable, which means that they can be far more cost effective in the long run than traditional wooden pallets.

Pallet cage frames

Our pallet cage frames are the ideal add-ons for Euro and disposable pallets. They are also cost-efficient alternatives to cage pallets. We manufacture our frames both with and without mesh panelling. Unlike standard cage pallets, pallet cage frames do not take up much storage space when empty, as they can be collapsed and then stacked. They can be quickly assembled when needed and are therefore available in the warehouse in no time at all. Products can be stored and transported flexibly.

Our pallet cage frames are available in a large number of versions and sizes. Custom-producing products based on templates and drawings is part of our daily business. In the end, your preferences and requirements decide what the finished product will look like. Our pallet cage frames are available either galvanized, hot-dip galvanised or painted in a variety of colours.

Pallet frames

Pallet frames are ideal add-ons to disposable or Euro pallets and an inexpensive alternative to mesh and transport containers. We manufacture pallet frames either with or without mesh panelling, as diagonally folding or as two-section versions. Unlike standard cage pallets, pallet frames or meshed frames do not take up much storage space when empty, as they can be collapsed and then stacked. They can be quickly assembled when needed and are therefore available in the warehouse in no time at all. This allows products to be stored and transported flexibly.

Our pallet frames are available in a large number of versions and sizes. Most of our pallet frames are made of round tubes, are hot-dip galvanised and can also be painted in a variety of colours.

Tubular frames

Tubular frame pallets are reusable pallets that have additional tube sleeves made of metal in the corner blocks for inserting the tubular frames. In most cases, industrial trucks can slide their forks into tubular frame pallets from all four sides. The pallets can carry up to 3,000 kg, depending on size. Their main advantages include high stability, quick assembly and the ability to attach the tubular frames even after loading the pallet. This creates a secure, large transport unit that can also be collapsed to save space when not in use.

Among other things, tubular frame pallets are used to store rolls, bales and other items that are difficult to stack. They have proven their usefulness in warehouses and logistics for many years.
